HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin
Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ligandrol interacts with.
In case reports, patients were diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing ligandrol.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version. Prevpac is a triple therapy pack (lansoprazole, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin) used to wipe out H. pylori stomach infections. The concern with adding Ligandrol isn't about how these drugs are broken down. It's about a shared side effect: stress on the liver. Clarithromycin and amoxicillin can occasionally irritate the liver on their own, and Ligandrol has been tied to real cases of liver injury in people who took it.
Stacked together, the worry is the liver getting a double hit. Watch for yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. This is based on scattered case reports, not strong proof, so don't panic. But since Ligandrol isn't an approved supplement and carries liver risks, please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
