Here's the short version: Muromonab-CD3 is a strong intravenous antibody used to quiet your immune system, usually to treat or prevent organ transplant rejection. The whole point of this drug is to calm immune activity. Lion's mane, on the other hand, may gently stimulate the immune system, at least based on lab dish and animal studies. So in theory the two could work against each other, and a more active immune system is the last thing you want when you're trying to protect a transplanted organ.

I want to be honest with you, though: this concern comes only from early research, not from people, so we really don't know how much it matters in real life. Since this medicine is reserved for serious situations, please don't add lion's mane without first clearing it with your transplant team or pharmacist.
