Lion's Mane Mushroom + Minocycline
Minocycline brand names: Vectrin, Dynacin, Minocin, Minocin IV, Solodyn, and others.
Lion's Mane Mushroom has a moderate interaction with Minocycline. Theoretically, lion's mane mushroom may increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Minocycline
Minocycline falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Lion's Mane Mushroom interacts with.
In vitro research suggests that lion's mane mushroom extracts can inhibit platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the honest picture for minocycline: the interaction we have on file is really about blood thinners and anti-platelet medicines, not antibiotics. Minocycline itself isn't a blood thinner, so this particular concern doesn't line up neatly with what you're taking. The note simply flags that, in lab dishes only, lion's mane extracts seemed to make platelets a little less sticky.
Because this is purely theoretical and minocycline doesn't share that bleeding mechanism, I wouldn't expect a meaningful problem from combining the two. If you also happen to take an actual blood thinner (like warfarin or aspirin), that's worth mentioning to your pharmacist. Otherwise, this pairing is generally low concern, but it's always smart to confirm with your own pharmacist before adding any supplement.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Minocycline page
“This is one of the longer interaction lists I review, and with minocycline it earns real care rather than a shrug. Most entries pair this tetracycline antibiotic, taken for acne and other infections, with supplements that raise bleeding risk, and a second sizable group, beer and wine included, can add strain on the liver.”
