Here's the thing with bromfenac: it comes as eye drops you use after cataract surgery, so very little of it actually gets into your bloodstream. The concern on file is about bleeding, since lion's mane has shown in lab (test tube) studies that it may make platelets a little less sticky, and bromfenac is an NSAID that can also nudge platelets the same way.

For eye drops, this overlap is mostly theoretical and very low risk. We don't have human studies showing a real problem, and the dose reaching your body is tiny. Still, if you notice unusual bruising, a bloodshot or bleeding eye, or slow-healing spots, mention it. And always tell your eye doctor or pharmacist about lion's mane before any surgery.
