Infliximab-Abda falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Lychee interacts with.

Theoretically, lychee might reduce the effectiveness of immunosuppressant drugs.
In vitro, flavonoids extracted from lychee show immunostimulant effects. So far, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the thinking on this one. Renflexis (infliximab-abda) is a biologic that calms an overactive immune system, which is what helps with conditions like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and rheumatoid arthritis. The concern with lychee is that, in lab dishes, certain plant compounds (flavonoids) from the fruit seemed to stimulate immune activity. If that happened in a real person, it could in theory work against what your medication is trying to do, possibly leading to more flare-ups or symptoms.

The big caveat: this has only been seen in test-tube studies, never in people, and it's rated a minor, theoretical interaction. Enjoying lychee as a food is very unlikely to cause trouble. Just check with your doctor or pharmacist before using concentrated lychee extracts or supplements.
