Celecoxib, Tramadol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Neem interacts with.

Theoretically, neem leaf extract might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that neem leaf methanol extract inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. So far, this reaction has not been reported in humans.

Seglentis combines two medicines: celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory) and tramadol (an opioid pain reliever). Both pass through a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In test-tube studies, neem leaf extract appears to slow that enzyme down. If that happened in your body, these drugs could build up and hit harder than expected.

For celecoxib, that might mean more stomach upset, fluid retention, or blood pressure effects. For tramadol, you could see more drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, or constipation. Here's the honest part though: this is only seen in lab dishes, not in real people, so it stays theoretical for now. Still, since tramadol is a serious pain medicine, please run your neem use past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Seglentis combines two medicines, and the celecoxib part is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In test-tube studies, neem leaf extract seems to slow that enzyme down. If that happened in real life, celecoxib could build up a bit, which might mean more of its usual side effects like stomach upset, heartburn, fluid retention, higher blood pressure, or kidney strain. The tramadol half works mostly through different enzymes, so it's less directly involved here.

The important thing: this is only based on lab research, not real people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, before you pair neem supplements with this drug, run it by your pharmacist or doctor so they can check your full picture.
