Oxprenolol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Nicotinamide Riboside interacts with.

Theoretically, nicotinamide riboside may have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs, potentially increasing the risk for hypotension.
One small clinical study suggests that nicotinamide riboside can modestly reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients. However, other clinical research did not find a reduction in blood pressure when compared with control.

Oxprenolol is a beta-blocker that lowers blood pressure and slows your heart rate. The idea here is pretty simple: nicotinamide riboside (NR) might nudge your blood pressure down a little on its own, and if it adds to what your oxprenolol already does, the two together could push your pressure lower than expected.

Honestly, this is a theoretical concern based on how things work, not something proven in real patients. The evidence is mixed too, some studies showed a small dip in blood pressure with NR, others showed nothing. If it did happen, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or tired, especially when standing up quickly. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but mention it to your pharmacist or doctor and keep an eye on how you feel when starting NR.
