Here's the thing to keep an eye on with Mersyndol: the acetaminophen part is processed by your liver, and in rare cases too much of it can stress or even damage liver tissue. Noni has its own small history of liver-related reports in certain people. So the worry isn't a chemical reaction in your body, it's simply two things that both lean on the liver being used at the same time.

To be honest, this concern is theoretical and based only on scattered anecdotal reports, so I don't want to scare you. Still, watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain on the upper right, or unusual tiredness. Please don't stop either one on your own. Just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first, especially if you already have liver trouble.
