Here's the thing to keep in mind: your medication, Salutensin, is a two-in-one blood pressure pill. The hydroflumethiazide is a water pill (diuretic), and the reserpine relaxes blood vessels. Both lower your blood pressure. Noni juice, in some early research, seems to nudge blood pressure down a little on its own. So stacking them could add up and push your numbers lower than intended.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or faint when you stand up too fast. To be fair, this is based on weak, anecdotal evidence, not strong studies, so it's a possibility rather than a sure thing. An occasional glass of noni is unlikely to cause trouble, but regular supplement-strength use is worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor first.
