Here's the simple version: Timolol is a beta blocker that already works to lower your blood pressure and slow your heart rate. Some early research hints that noni juice may nudge blood pressure down a little on its own. So if you pair the two, the worry is that they could add up and push your blood pressure too low.

If that happens, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, tired, or faint, especially when you stand up quickly. I want to be honest though: this is mostly theoretical and based on weak, anecdotal evidence, not strong studies. It's not a reason to panic. Still, since both affect blood pressure, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before you add noni, especially if your readings already run low.

Noni is a tropical fruit used widely in folk medicine and sold mostly as a juice or supplement, but solid human evidence for its many claimed benefits is limited. What Is Timolol Used For?

Brand names: Blocadren, Timol, Timoptic

Timolol is available in ophthalmic (eye) forms and as an oral tablet, and each form has its own approved uses. Ophthalmic formulations — including Betimol, Istalol, Timolol GFS, Timolol hemihydrate, Timolol Maleate eye drops, and Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic Gel Forming Solution — are used to lower elevated intraocular pressure (pressure inside the eye) in people with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma.

Timolol Maleate tablets are used orally for three separate conditions: treating high blood pressure (alone or combined with other blood pressure medicines), reducing the risk of death and repeat heart attack in people who have survived a heart attack and are clinically stable, and preventing migraine headaches.
