Here's the thing about methyltestosterone: it's one of the oral anabolic steroids that's already known to be hard on the liver. On its own it can sometimes raise liver enzymes or, rarely, cause more serious liver trouble like cholestasis (a backup of bile). That's why doctors usually check your liver labs while you're on it.

Now add Noni, which has a handful of rare case reports of liver injury of its own. The worry is simple: two things that can each stress the liver, stacked together, may add up. To be fair, this is theoretical and based only on scattered anecdotes, not strong studies, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, since this drug is already liver-sensitive, I'd run the Noni past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and watch for yellowing skin, dark urine, nausea, or belly pain.
