A metabolite of procaine, aminobenzoic acid, can antagonize the effect of aminosalicylic acid. Theoretically, procaine might also reduce aminosalicylic activity.

Here's the gist for anyone taking aminosalicylic acid (Paser), a medication used to help treat tuberculosis. When your body breaks down procaine, one of the leftover pieces is a compound called PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid). On paper, PABA can work against aminosalicylic acid and may weaken how well it does its job. So the concern here is less benefit from your TB medicine, not more side effects.

I want to be honest about the strength of this one: it's theoretical, based on how these chemicals behave rather than real-world reports. Still, since fully treating TB matters so much, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before using any procaine-containing product, including 'anti-aging' formulas. Don't change anything on your own.
