The concern on file is really about injectable procaine being given into a vein, which doctors avoid in people taking certain muscle relaxants. Both methocarbamol and procaine can have a calming, slowing effect on the body, and stacking them can layer those effects together.

In plain terms, you could feel extra drowsy, dizzy, lightheaded, or unsteady on your feet, and your blood pressure could dip.
