Here's the gist of this one. Your combo product (Norgesic and similar names) contains orphenadrine, which has mild anticholinergic and central nervous system effects, alongside aspirin and caffeine. The concern on file is really about injected procaine, the kind a dentist or doctor gives, not a pill or cream. Pairing injectable procaine with orphenadrine could add up to more drowsiness, dizziness, a faster or irregular heartbeat, dry mouth, or low blood pressure.

I want to be honest that this warning is theoretical, based on how these drugs work rather than lots of real-world reports. Still, since the effect could be serious, please tell your dentist, doctor, or pharmacist you take this medication before any procedure using procaine. Don't change anything on your own.
