In vitro, purple nut sedge dose-dependently inhibits acetylcholinesterase (AChE). Theoretically, concurrent use of anticholinergic drugs and purple nut sedge might decrease the effectiveness of purple nut sedge or the anticholinergic agent.
Some anticholinergic drugs include atropine, benztropine (Cogentin), biperiden (Akineton), procyclidine (Kemadrin), and trihexyphenidyl (Artane).

Here's the gist for Chlorpheniramine: this allergy medicine works partly by acting against a body chemical called acetylcholine, which is why it can leave you dry-mouthed, drowsy, blurry-eyed, or a little constipated. Purple nut sedge, in lab dishes, seems to do the opposite by helping acetylcholine stick around longer. So the two could gently work against each other, possibly softening some of the medicine's effects or the supplement's.

I want to be straight with you though: this is based only on test-tube and animal work, not on real people, so it's theoretical. For most folks it likely won't cause a noticeable problem. Still, since this is a guess and not proven, it's worth a quick mention to your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.

Chlorpheniramine is used to temporarily relieve common allergy symptoms caused by hay fever (allergic rhinitis) or other upper respiratory allergies. These include runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, and itching of the nose or throat.

These uses are supported across multiple products — including tablets (such as Aller-chlor, Allergy, Allergy Relief, Allergy Time, Anti Allergy, and Chlorpheniramine Maleate), extended-release tablets (Allergy Relief and Chlorphen-12), the oral solution Ed Chlorped Jr, and the inhalers ClorRelief and ClorRelief KIDs.
