Tivozanib Hydrochloride falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Purple Nut Sedge interacts with.

In vitro, purple nut sedge inhibits platelet aggregation. Theoretically, purple nut sedge might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with Fotivda (tivozanib). While tivozanib is a cancer drug rather than a classic blood thinner, kinase inhibitors like this one can already raise the risk of bleeding on their own (think nosebleeds, easy bruising, blood in the urine, or stomach bleeding). In test-tube studies, purple nut sedge appears to slow platelets from clumping together, so stacking it on top of tivozanib could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

I want to be straight with you: this concern comes only from lab research, not from people, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, because tivozanib carries its own bleeding risk, I'd run the idea past your oncologist or pharmacist before adding this supplement.
