In animal research, intraperitoneal rauwolscine lowered the seizure threshold level of the drug metrazol.

Here's the situation with Cephalothin (Keflin), an older injectable cephalosporin antibiotic. Like many antibiotics in this family, in rare cases it can lower the brain's seizure threshold, meaning it can make a seizure slightly more likely, especially at high doses or in people with kidney problems. Rauwolscine is a strong stimulant, and animal studies suggest it can also nudge that threshold lower.

So the concern is that combining the two could, in theory, add up and raise seizure risk a little. I want to be honest though: this is based only on animal lab data, not real human cases, so the actual risk for most people is likely small. Still, since rauwolscine already strains the heart and nerves, it's worth running this past your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.
