Rauwolscine + Ibuprofen
Ibuprofen brand names: Motrin, Children's Motrin, Advil, Children's Advil, Fenbid Forte Gel, and others.
Rauwolscine has a moderate interaction with Ibuprofen. Theoretically, rauwolscine may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Ibuprofen
Ibuprofen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.
Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist: ibuprofen already nudges your platelets, the tiny cells that help your blood clot, so it can make you bleed or bruise a little more easily on its own. Rauwolscine may add a small push in the same direction. In lab dishes, yohimbine (a close cousin of rauwolscine) slowed platelets from clumping together. Put the two side by side and, in theory, you could see slightly more bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach irritation.
I want to be honest about the strength of this one. It's based on pharmacology and test-tube data, not real patient studies, so it's more of a maybe than a sure thing. Still, if you take ibuprofen often or notice unusual bruising or bleeding, please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Ibuprofen page
“Most people treat ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) as an everyday pain reliever, which is exactly why this list of 286 interacting supplements deserves real attention rather than a shrug. About Rauwolscine
What is Rauwolscine?
- Fat loss and weight management
- Bodybuilding and physique support
- Energy and stimulant effects
- Athletic performance
- Libido support
Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements. Human evidence for its benefits is very limited, and it can raise heart rate and blood pressure and cause anxiety, so it should be used with caution and is not recommended for people with heart conditions, anxiety, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
About Ibuprofen
What Is Ibuprofen Used For?
Brand names: Motrin, Children's Motrin, Advil, Children's Advil, Fenbid Forte Gel, Ibugel Forte, Arthrofen, Ebufac, Rimafen, Calprofen, Fenpaed, Galprofen, Nurofen for Children, Orbifen for Children, Brufen, Brufen Retard, Fenbid, Tab-Profen, Ibuprofen, Calodor
Oral ibuprofen products (tablets, coated tablets, and liquid-filled capsules) are used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains from headache, backache, toothache, muscular aches, menstrual cramps, minor arthritis pain, and the common cold, and to temporarily reduce fever. The oral prescription tablet (Ibu) is also indicated for the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, mild to moderate pain, and primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods).
Caldolor, an intravenous (IV) form, is approved for adults and children 3 months and older to manage mild to moderate pain, to manage moderate to severe pain alongside opioid pain medicines, and to reduce fever. A separate intravenous solution, Ibuprofen Lysine, is used specifically in premature infants to close a patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) — an abnormal blood vessel connection near the heart — when standard medical management has not worked.

Ibuprofen Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Ibuprofen as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Rauwolscine — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
