STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Guaifenesin, Phenylephrine
Guaifenesin, Phenylephrine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.
Rauwolscine has demonstrated stimulant effects in animal research.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The part of this combo product I'd keep an eye on is the phenylephrine, which is a decongestant that works by narrowing blood vessels. On its own it can nudge up your blood pressure and heart rate. Rauwolscine is a stimulant too, working through a different pathway by boosting norepinephrine, so stacking the two could add up to more of that stimulant punch: a racing or pounding heart, jitteriness, anxiety, higher blood pressure, or trouble sleeping. The guaifenesin part (an expectorant that loosens mucus) isn't really the concern here.
Honestly, this caution comes from animal data, so it's more theoretical than proven. Still, if you have any heart issues, high blood pressure, or anxiety, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing these.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Guaifenesin, Phenylephrine page
“Phenylephrine, the decongestant half of guaifenesin and phenylephrine (Endal, Liquibid-D, Deconsal), tightens blood vessels and raises blood pressure and heart rate, so this list of 62 interacting supplements calls for genuine care. Forty-four of them can pile extra stimulation on top of the drug's own effect, and five rate major, most…”
