Here's the gist: naproxen (the pain reliever in Midol Extended Relief) already nudges up your bleeding risk a little, since it thins the blood and can irritate the stomach lining. Rauwolscine, a stimulant cousin of yohimbine found in fat-burner and pre-workout products, may have a mild platelet-blocking effect of its own. Stack the two and, in theory, you could bruise more easily or be slower to stop bleeding.

I want to be honest about the evidence, though. This concern is theoretical, drawn from lab dish studies of yohimbine, not real patients. So don't panic. Just watch for unusual bruising, nosebleeds, or black, tarry stools, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them, especially if you take naproxen regularly.
