Aspirin, Carisoprodol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) SUBSTRATES — the group Schisandra interacts with.

Theoretically, schisandra might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C19 substrates.
In vitro research shows that schisandra inhibits CYP2C19, and animal research shows that schisandra increases the concentration of voriconazole, a CYP2C19 substrate. Theoretically, schisandra may also inhibit the metabolism of other CYP2C19 substrates. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Soma Compound combines aspirin with carisoprodol, a muscle relaxer. The carisoprodol part is broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP2C19, and that's where schisandra comes in. In lab and animal studies, schisandra seems to slow this enzyme down. If that happened in people, carisoprodol could build up a bit and hit harder than expected, meaning more drowsiness, dizziness, or grogginess. Aspirin itself isn't really affected here.

I want to be honest with you though: this is only a theoretical concern from test tube and animal research, and it hasn't actually been shown in humans. So it's worth a quick mention to your pharmacist or doctor, especially since this medicine already makes many folks sleepy, but it's not a reason to panic.
