Isosorbide Dinitrate, Hydralazine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Soy interacts with.

Theoretically soy protein may have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs and increase the risk of hypotension.
Although some contradictory research exists, most clinical evidence suggests that consuming soy protein modestly reduces systolic and diastolic blood pressure in individuals with prehypertension or hypertension.

BiDil combines two blood pressure medicines, isosorbide dinitrate (which relaxes and widens your blood vessels) and hydralazine (which also lowers blood pressure), and it's often used for heart failure. Here's the thing about soy: eating soy protein regularly can gently nudge your blood pressure down on its own. Stack that small effect on top of a medicine already designed to lower blood pressure, and the two can add up.

What that might feel like is a bit more lightheadedness, dizziness, or feeling faint, especially when you stand up quickly. This is mostly a concern with concentrated soy supplements rather than enjoying tofu or edamame at dinner. The blood-pressure benefit of soy is well studied, but the added effect here is mild and theoretical, so don't panic. Just mention your soy habits to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your readings.
