This combination pill has three parts, and one of them, acetaminophen (Tylenol), is well known for being hard on the liver in higher doses. Sweet Annie (Artemisia annua) is the piece that may matter here. There are scattered reports that this herb can also stress the liver, so taking the two together could, in theory, add up to more strain on that organ than either alone.

To be honest, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on weak, anecdotal evidence, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, watch for signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them, especially if you drink alcohol or already have liver issues.
