Here's the gist for this combo pill. The aspirin in your medication already thins the blood a bit by making platelets less sticky. Sweet Vernal Grass, especially when it's dried like hay, can carry coumarin that may convert to dicoumarol, a natural blood thinner. Put the two together and you could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. Think easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that's slow to stop.

I want to be honest though: this concern is theoretical, based on how these compounds behave rather than real human studies. The codeine and caffeine parts aren't the issue here. Before adding any Sweet Vernal Grass supplement, just run it past your pharmacist or doctor.
