HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Repotrectinib
Repotrectinib falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with pairing Testolone (RAD-140) with your cancer medication Repotrectinib (Augtyro): both can be tough on the liver. Repotrectinib is already known to raise liver enzymes in some people, and Testolone has been linked to liver injury in a case report and to elevated liver enzymes in early dose studies. Stacking two liver stressors together could add up.
This is mostly a theoretical, additive concern rather than a proven direct clash, but the liver signals for both are real. Watch for warning signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product, so please talk with your oncologist or pharmacist before mixing anything with your treatment.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Repotrectinib page
“If you take repotrectinib (Augtyro) for ROS1-positive lung cancer or an NTRK-driven tumor, this list calls for real caution, not a quick skim. Repotrectinib relies on the CYP3A4 enzyme to leave your body, and most of the 186 entries here can push its blood level up or drag it down.”
