Tagraxofusp-Erzs falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.

In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the concern with combining these two. Tagraxofusp-erzs (Elzonris) is well known for being hard on the liver. In fact, liver-related side effects like capillary leak and raised liver enzymes are some of the most watched-for problems during treatment, and your cancer team checks your liver labs closely. Testolone (RAD-140) has its own track record of liver injury, including a case report and elevated enzymes seen in early dose studies.

So the worry is simple addition: two things stressing the same organ at once. That could mean more liver strain, higher enzyme levels, or worsening damage. This is a theoretical, additive concern rather than a proven reaction, but with a serious cancer drug it's not worth the risk. Please loop in your oncologist or pharmacist before using any SARM product.

What Is Tagraxofusp-erzs Injection Used For?

Brand name: Elzonris

  • Tagraxofusp-erzs injection is used to treat blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN; a blood cancer that causes skin lesions, and may spread to the bone marrow and lymphatic system) in adults and children 2 years of age and older. Tagraxofusp-erzs is in a class of medications called CD123 cytotoxin. It works by killing cancer cells.
