Amjevita (adalimumab-atto) is a biologic that quiets part of your immune system to ease conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, by blocking a signal called TNF. Thunder God Vine appears to calm the immune system too. So the worry here is simple: stacking two immune-lowering treatments could push your defenses down further than intended.

In plain terms, that might mean a higher chance of infections (think lingering colds, sinus trouble, or something more serious) since Amjevita already raises that risk on its own. I'll be honest, this concern is theoretical and based on how these things work, not on solid studies, so don't panic. Still, because Thunder God Vine can be toxic if dosed wrong, please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
