Vyvgart (efgartigimod) is an infused medicine for myasthenia gravis that works by lowering certain antibody levels, which tones down part of your immune system. Thunder God Vine has its own immune-calming compounds, so the worry here is simple: stacking the two could quiet your immune defenses more than intended, leaving you more open to infections like colds, sinus issues, or urinary infections.

I want to be honest about the strength of this concern. It is theoretical, based on how each one behaves rather than real cases of them being used together. This isn't about one changing the other's blood levels, it's about adding up similar effects. Thunder God Vine can also be toxic if dosed wrong, so please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
