Eticovo (etanercept-ykro) is a biologic injection that quiets part of your immune system to calm the inflammation behind conditions like rheumatoid arthritis. Thunder God Vine works in a similar direction. In lab and pharmacology studies, its compounds (like triptolide and celastrol) also dampen the immune response, especially at larger doses.

So the concern here is overlap, not a clash. Stacking two immune-calming agents could in theory push you toward too much immune suppression, which mainly shows up as a higher risk of infections (think frequent colds, fevers, or harder-to-shake illnesses). To be clear, this is theoretical and based on how each works, not strong human studies. Still, please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them so they can weigh your infection risk.
