Pexidartinib Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.

Theoretically, thunder god vine might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Turalio (pexidartinib). Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to break this medicine down and clear it out. Thunder God Vine contains a compound, triptolide, that may block that same enzyme. If it does, pexidartinib could build up to higher levels in your blood than intended, which can mean stronger effects and a greater chance of side effects like nausea, fatigue, hair color changes, swelling, and especially liver problems (pexidartinib already carries a serious liver warning).

Now, the honest part: this concern comes only from lab studies, not from real people, so it's theoretical. Still, given how seriously pexidartinib can affect the liver, I wouldn't combine these on your own. Please check with your oncologist or pharmacist first.
