Tinospora Cordifolia + Estrogen
Estrogen brand name: Estrogen.
Tinospora Cordifolia has a moderate interaction with Estrogen. Theoretically, Tinospora cordifolia might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Estrogen
Estrogen falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Tinospora Cordifolia interacts with.
In vitro research shows that Tinospora cordifolia extract inhibits CYP1A2 at high concentrations. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist for taking Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) alongside estrogen. Your body clears estrogen partly through a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In test-tube studies, Tinospora has been shown to slow that enzyme down (but only at high concentrations, and this has never actually been reported in real people). If it did slow it down, estrogen could build up a bit more than expected.
What might that look like? Slightly stronger estrogen effects, like breast tenderness, bloating, nausea, or headaches. Honestly, this is a theoretical concern based on lab data, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since Giloy has also been linked to liver injury in some cases, I'd run it by your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
