ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Acenocoumarol
Acenocoumarol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tree Of Heaven interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Acenocoumarol (Sintrom) is a blood thinner that already lowers your blood's ability to clot, and it's a drug where small shifts in effect can matter quite a bit. The concern here is that Tree of Heaven might make your platelets a little less sticky, which in theory could stack on top of Sintrom and nudge your bleeding risk higher.
I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is: it comes only from lab dish studies, not from people, so it's theoretical. Still, with a thinner like this, it's worth being cautious. Watch for things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or unusually dark stools, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding this supplement rather than starting it on your own.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Acenocoumarol page
“Acenocoumarol (Sintrom) is a blood thinner in the warfarin family, and it lives in a narrow zone where a little too much means bleeding and a little too little means clots. So treat its 221 supplement interactions as a real safety issue, not fine print.”
