Cangrelor falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tree Of Heaven interacts with.

Theoretically, tree of heaven extract might reduce platelet aggregation and increase the risk of bleeding if used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. In vitro evidence shows that tree of heaven crude extract attenuates epinephrine and adenosine diphosphate-induced platelet aggregation. This interaction has not been seen in humans. Until more is known, use with caution in patients taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

Here's the quick version. Cangrelor (Kengreal) is a strong IV antiplatelet medicine given in the hospital, usually during heart procedures like stenting, to keep your platelets from clumping and forming clots. Lab studies suggest Tree of Heaven extract may also make platelets a little less sticky. So in theory, stacking the two could nudge your bleeding risk higher, meaning easier bruising, bleeding at the IV or catheter site, or oozing that's slower to stop.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it's purely theoretical, based on test-tube data, and has never been reported in real patients. On top of that, cangrelor is given by a hospital team who are already watching you closely. Still, if you take Tree of Heaven, mention it to your doctor or pharmacist beforehand so everyone's on the same page.
