Danaparoid falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tree Of Heaven interacts with.

Theoretically, tree of heaven extract might reduce platelet aggregation and increase the risk of bleeding if used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. In vitro evidence shows that tree of heaven crude extract attenuates epinephrine and adenosine diphosphate-induced platelet aggregation. This interaction has not been seen in humans. Until more is known, use with caution in patients taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

Danaparoid (Orgaran) is a blood thinner, so its whole job is to make your blood clot less easily. The concern here is simple addition: lab studies suggest tree of heaven extract may also make platelets a little less sticky. Stack that on top of danaparoid and you could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk higher.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. This effect has only shown up in test-tube studies, never in actual people, so it's a precaution rather than a proven problem. Still, watch for signs like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or dark stools. Please don't change your danaparoid on your own. Just loop in your pharmacist or doctor before adding this supplement.
