Dicumarol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tree Of Heaven interacts with.

Theoretically, tree of heaven extract might reduce platelet aggregation and increase the risk of bleeding if used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. In vitro evidence shows that tree of heaven crude extract attenuates epinephrine and adenosine diphosphate-induced platelet aggregation. This interaction has not been seen in humans. Until more is known, use with caution in patients taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

Here's the gist for you. Dicumarol is a blood thinner, in the same family as warfarin, and it works by slowing your body's ability to form clots. Tree of Heaven, in lab studies only, seems to make platelets a little less sticky. If you stack something that nudges bleeding risk on top of a drug that already thins the blood, the worry is simply more bleeding, things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or blood in the urine or stool.

I'll be straight with you: this hasn't actually been seen in real people, only in a test tube, so it's a theoretical caution rather than a proven problem. Still, because dicumarol leaves little room for error, please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining the two.
