Bromfenac Sodium falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tree Of Heaven interacts with.

Theoretically, tree of heaven extract might reduce platelet aggregation and increase the risk of bleeding if used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. In vitro evidence shows that tree of heaven crude extract attenuates epinephrine and adenosine diphosphate-induced platelet aggregation. This interaction has not been seen in humans. Until more is known, use with caution in patients taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

Here's the good news first: your Bromfenac (Prolensa or Bromsite) is an eye drop you use after cataract surgery, so very little of it gets into your bloodstream. The concern on file is that Tree of Heaven might, in theory, make your platelets a little less sticky, which could nudge up bleeding risk when paired with blood-thinning or anti-clotting medicines. Bromfenac is an NSAID, and that whole drug family carries a small bleeding flag.

But honestly, this is a weak, lab-only signal. It has never been shown in real people, and with eye drops the amount reaching your body is tiny. The most you might notice locally is a bit more eye irritation or slow healing. Still, after surgery it's worth a quick word with your eye doctor or pharmacist before adding this supplement.
