ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Anisindione
Anisindione falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tree Of Heaven interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Anisindione (Miradon) is an older blood thinner, similar in spirit to warfarin, that works by slowing your body's ability to form clots. Tree of Heaven hasn't been shown to interact with it in real people, but here's the theory: in lab dish studies, extracts of this plant made platelets (the tiny cells that help blood clot) stickier and less likely to clump. So if it did the same in the body, you could be stacking one mild blood-thinning effect on top of an already powerful one.
What that could look like is easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that are slow to stop. Since anisindione is already a drug where small shifts matter, I'd loop in your doctor or pharmacist before adding this supplement rather than guessing.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Anisindione page
“Anisindione (Miradon) thins the blood to prevent dangerous clots, and blood thinners leave little room between not enough effect and too much bleeding, so this list deserves real care. Of the 218 supplements and herbs on file, 202 can push its anticoagulant effect further and raise bleeding risk.”

Tree of Heaven (Ailanthus altissima) is a fast-growing, invasive tree whose bark has been used in traditional medicine, mostly for digestive complaints and parasites.
