Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Vitamin E interacts with.

Theoretically, vitamin E might induce metabolism of CYP3A4, possibly reducing the levels CYP3A4 substrates.
Vitamin E appears to bind with the nuclear receptor, pregnane X receptor (PXR), which results in increased expression of CYP3A4. Although the clinical significance of this is not known, use caution when considering concomitant use of vitamin E and other drugs affected by these enzymes.

This combo pack (Prevpac) treats H. pylori stomach infections using two antibiotics plus a stomach acid reducer. The piece that touches vitamin E is clarithromycin, which your body partly breaks down using an enzyme called CYP3A4. In the lab, high-dose vitamin E may gently speed that enzyme up, which could in theory lower clarithromycin levels and make the treatment a bit less effective at clearing the bug.

Honestly, this is a theoretical concern only, based on how the enzyme behaves, not on real patient problems. Everyday vitamin E from food won't matter. If you're taking high-dose supplements while on a Prevpac course, just mention it to your pharmacist so they can keep an eye on whether the infection clears. Don't stop anything on your own.
