Here's the simple version: ertugliflozin (Steglatro) already lowers your blood sugar by flushing extra glucose out through your urine. White mulberry leaf works a different way, slowing how fast sugar is absorbed from your gut after a meal. Stack the two and you could push your blood sugar a little lower than you intended.

This is a theoretical concern based on how mulberry behaves, not a strong, proven interaction, so try not to worry. Still, if you notice shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or a fast heartbeat, those can be signs of low blood sugar. A cup of mulberry tea now and then is unlikely to do much, but concentrated supplement capsules are the bigger question mark. Check your glucose more often and talk with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
