You'll also get eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), two omega-3s linked to heart and brain health, plus choline, which plays a role in brain function and cell membranes. The remaining inactive ingredients are fillers and capsule materials: mixed tocopherols (a form of vitamin E), gelatin, glycerin, water, and natural vanilla flavor.

Not established
The evidence on these ingredients is mixed. For choline specifically, we don't have reliable evidence it helps with age-related cognitive decline, Alzheimer's disease, or allergic rhinitis, and the data suggests it's ineffective for athletic performance.
The other active ingredients in this product—the omega-3 metabolites and specialized pro-resolving mediators—don't have effectiveness ratings on file. Most of the science here is newer and still being studied.
How safe is it?

Choline is well tolerated at typical food and supplement doses. At doses well above what's in this product, it can cause a fishy body odor, and at very high levels (9 grams or more daily), it may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or sweating.

Theoretically, choline might decrease the effects of atropine in the brain.
Animal research shows that administering choline one hour before administering atropine can attenuate atropine-induced decreases in brain levels of acetylcholine. Theoretically, concomitant use of choline and atropine may decrease the effects of atropine.
