Precautions
- WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. KEEP THIS PRODUCT OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
- Do not use if inner seal is broken.
General Statements
- Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium helps maintain good bone health and may reduce the risk of osteoporosis later in life. Adequate calcium intake is important, but daily intakes about about 2,000 mg are not likely to provide any additional benefit.
