Dolutegravir, Rilpivirine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Aegeline interacts with.

Aegeline inhibits cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) activity in vitro. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. Theoretically, aegeline may increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4. Some drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and numerous others. Use aegeline cautiously or avoid in patients taking these drugs.

Juluca is a two-in-one HIV pill, and the rilpivirine part is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab dishes, aegeline appears to slow that enzyme down. If the same thing happened in your body, rilpivirine could build up a bit, which in theory might mean more side effects like headache, trouble sleeping, odd dreams, or mood changes. Keeping HIV medicine at steady, predictable levels really matters, so this is worth taking seriously.

That said, this is only a test-tube signal and has never been reported in real patients, so we honestly can't say it would happen. The bigger concern with aegeline is that it has been tied to serious liver injury and regulators warned against it. I'd skip it and check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
