Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Here's the simple version. Inhaled insulin (Exubera) already does one main job: it lowers your blood sugar. Agmatine, based mostly on lab and animal studies, may nudge blood sugar down a little on its own. So in theory, stacking the two could push your sugar lower than you intend, raising the chance of hypoglycemia. That can show up as shakiness, sweating, a racing heart, dizziness, hunger, confusion, or feeling weak.

To be fair, this is a theoretical concern based on weak evidence, not something well proven in people. Still, since insulin doses are precise, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding agmatine, and keep checking your sugars closely if you do. Please don't change your insulin on your own.
