Rescinnamine (Moderil) is an older blood pressure medicine in the reserpine family. It lowers blood pressure by reducing certain nerve signals that keep your vessels tight and your heart rate up. Agmatine, in animal studies, seems to gently nudge things in the same direction by slightly lowering both heart rate and blood pressure.

So the concern here is simple addition: two things pushing blood pressure down at once. Theoretically, that could mean your pressure drops more than expected, leaving you dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or faint when you stand up. Keep in mind this is based only on lab and animal work, not solid human studies, so it's a maybe, not a sure thing. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change your Rescinnamine on your own.
