Rescinnamine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Adrafinil interacts with.

Theoretically, adrafinil might reduce the effects of antihypertensive drugs.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to increase diastolic and systolic blood pressure. Retrospective analyses show that patients taking modafinil had a small but increased rate of requiring new antihypertensive drugs or increased use of antihypertensive drugs when compared with placebo.

Here's the basic idea: Rescinnamine (Moderil) is an older blood pressure medicine that works by lowering the activity of certain nerve signals so your vessels relax and your pressure comes down. Adrafinil, on the other hand, turns into modafinil in your liver, and modafinil is a stimulant that can actually nudge blood pressure up a bit.

So the worry is that these two could work against each other. Adrafinil might blunt some of the blood pressure lowering you're counting on from Rescinnamine, possibly leaving your numbers higher than your doctor wants. To be fair, this is theoretical, based on how the drugs behave rather than hard studies in people taking this exact combo. Still, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing them, and keep an eye on your blood pressure.
