Here's the gist: Sotagliflozin (Inpefa) already works to lower your blood sugar. Agmatine, based on lab and animal studies, may have its own mild blood sugar lowering effect. Put them together and, in theory, your numbers could dip a little lower than expected. This isn't a case of one blocking the other's breakdown, it's simply two things nudging sugar in the same downward direction.

To be honest, this concern is theoretical. We don't have solid human data showing it actually happens. Still, if you take agmatine, keep an eye out for signs of low blood sugar like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling confused. Please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them so you can plan and monitor together.
