Here's the basic idea with Glucovance (glyburide plus metformin): both of these are working to bring your blood sugar down. In animal studies, agrimony on its own seemed to lower blood sugar too. So the worry is simple math, adding agrimony on top of your diabetes medicine could push your sugar a little too low.

I want to be honest though, this is a theoretical concern based on animal research, not solid human studies. The glyburide piece is the part most likely to drop sugar, so if you do try agrimony, just watch for signs of low blood sugar: shakiness, sweating, dizziness, hunger, or feeling foggy. It's worth a quick heads-up to your pharmacist or doctor before you start, especially so they know to keep an eye on your readings.
