Here's the short version on combining agrimony with your Humalog (insulin lispro). Insulin lispro is a fast-acting mealtime insulin that already lowers your blood sugar. In animal studies, agrimony has shown a mild blood-sugar-lowering effect of its own. So the concern is simple addition: the herb may nudge your sugar a little lower on top of what your insulin is already doing, which could raise the odds of a low (hypoglycemia).

I want to be honest that this is theoretical, based on lab and animal work, not strong human data, so I wouldn't be alarmed. Still, if you try agrimony, watch for shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or confusion, and check your sugar a bit more often at first. Loop in your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two so nobody changes your insulin dose on guesswork.
