Amphotericin, Tetracycline falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Alfalfa interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of alfalfa with photosensitizing drugs might have additive effects.
Animal research suggests that excessive doses of alfalfa may increase photosensitivity, possibly due to its chlorophyll content. It is unclear if this effect would be clinically relevant in humans.

Here's the connection worth knowing about. Tetracycline is one of those antibiotics that can already make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, so you may sunburn faster or more severely than usual. Alfalfa contains chlorophyll, and in animal studies very high amounts seemed to nudge sun sensitivity up a bit too. The thought is that stacking the two together might add to that effect.

I want to be honest with you though: this is a theoretical concern based on lab and animal work, not proven in people. It's unclear if it would matter at all in real life. To play it safe while on this medicine, use sunscreen, wear a hat, and limit long sun exposure. If you're considering alfalfa supplements, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
