Norfloxacin falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Alfalfa interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of alfalfa with photosensitizing drugs might have additive effects.
Animal research suggests that excessive doses of alfalfa may increase photosensitivity, possibly due to its chlorophyll content. It is unclear if this effect would be clinically relevant in humans.

Here's the simple version: Norfloxacin is an antibiotic in the fluoroquinolone family, and one of its known quirks is that it can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. That means you may sunburn faster or react more strongly to UV rays while taking it. Alfalfa contains chlorophyll, which in animal studies (using large amounts) seemed to nudge skin sensitivity to light upward too.

So the theory is that the two together might add up and make you a bit more prone to sunburn. I want to be honest, though: this is theoretical and based on animal research, not proven in people, so it's a low-level concern. To be safe, use sunscreen and cover up outdoors, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
